In these conditions the following definitions apply:
The Company accepts orders for the supply of Goods only subject to these conditions and the Customer accepts that these conditions shall govern the relationship between themselves and the Company to the exclusion of any other terms including without limitation, conditions and warranties (written or oral, expressed or implied) even if contained in any of the Customers documents which purport to provide that the Customers terms will prevail. No variation or qualification of these conditions or of any quotations or order arising here from shall be valid unless agreed in writing between the parties.
The price payable for the goods ordered by the Customer is as set out on the Company’s website at the time the order is placed plus any charges for delivery. In the event of an error occurring within the Company’s website whereby goods are incorrectly priced the Company will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
Payment for the whole of the price of the goods ordered by the Customer must be received, including any applicable charges for delivery, before the Goods can be dispatched unless agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
When adding goods to the cart it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct items are selected. A restocking fee equal to 20% of the total order will be levied for all returns due to incorrectly ordered items. Where Customers are unsure as to the compatibility of items, contact should be made with the Company for advice.
Delivery times vary according to the product ordered and stock availability, however every effort is made to deliver goods as quickly as possible. The Company aims to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for stock items. Expected delivery dates or times stated are given as a guide only and the Company will not be held liable for any losses or costs incurred from delivery at a different date or time.
In the event of a delay with delivery of an order a representative of the Company will contact the Customer who will have the choice of either waiting for the item or cancelling the order.

Shipping throughout the UK mainland is free for orders over £50 in value however the following postcodes will be subject to a delivery surcharge:

The charges will be determined by the location and weight of the item(s) and the Customer will be advised to contact the Company by telephone. The Company will determine the most cost effective method of shipping and advise the Customer and if agreed the order will be processed. Please contact us for more information on delivery to these areas.
The Customer may cancel the order by giving the Company notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery of the Goods. Such notice may be given by phone, fax or email. If the reason for cancellation is due to either a fault with the Goods or they have been incorrectly supplied, this should be stated at the time of cancellation and the Company will make arrangements for their collection. The Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging for a full refund.
Where goods are being returned due to incompatibility or incorrect items being ordered by the Customer then the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item in addition to a 20% restocking charge. The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and maintaining the security of personal information received from the Customer. The Company will only use information supplied for internal accounts and delivery of goods purposes and to keep in contact with the Customer regarding order progress. The Company may also use this information for improving their quality of service and informing the Customer of occasional promotional deals being offered. No information provided by the Customer will be sold, rented or exchanged with any third party, except in connection with orders unless required by law.
Credit card information is not stored on our servers. The Company’s payment gateway provider, Paypal, keeps this information encrypted and secure on behalf of the Customer.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, acts of terrorism, the act or omission of government, highway authorities or any telecommunications carrier, operator or administrator or other competent authority, or the delay or failure in manufacture, production or supply by third parties of equipment or sevices and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations after notifying the other party of the nature and extent of such events
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
